About Income Assistance Guided Pathways

CLEO’s Income Assistance Guided Pathways are online interviews that give you information and resources to help you if your application for Canada Pension Plan disability (CPP-D) benefits was denied. The pathways can help you fill out the form to ask Service Canada to reconsider their decision to deny you benefits. If Service Canada reconsiders their decision and still denies you benefits, the pathways can help you fill out the form to appeal their decision to the Social Security Tribunal – General Division.

The pathways ask you questions and put your answers into the form you want. Each question explains what information is needed. The pathways are free to use.
